By enrolling in Grammar Rodeo Institute programs or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Program Enrollment

Enrollment in Grammar Rodeo programs is subject to:

• Completion of all required enrollment forms and documentation
• Payment of applicable fees and deposits
• Meeting age and eligibility requirements
• Acceptance by Grammar Rodeo Institute

3. Educational Philosophy

Grammar Rodeo Institute is committed to providing exceptional experiential education through our unique "Learning on the Road" methodology. Our programs combine rigorous academic instruction with adventure-based learning in safe, supervised environments.

4. Safety and Supervision

Student safety is our highest priority. All programs include:

• Trained, certified educational staff
• 24/7 supervision during program activities
• Comprehensive safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Background checks on all staff members
• Appropriate insurance coverage

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Program fees are due according to the payment schedule provided at enrollment. Refunds are available according to our published refund policy:

• Full refund: Cancellation more than 60 days before program start
• 50% refund: Cancellation 30-60 days before program start
• No refund: Cancellation less than 30 days before program start
• Exceptions may be made for medical emergencies or family circumstances

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Follow all program rules and instructor guidance
• Treat fellow students, staff, and community members with respect
• Participate actively in educational activities
• Take responsibility for personal belongings and actions

7. Academic Standards

Our programs maintain high academic standards while providing engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Students will receive:

• Structured educational curriculum aligned with academic standards
• Regular assessment and feedback
• Certificates of completion for successful program participation
• Academic transcripts when applicable

8. Limitation of Liability

Grammar Rodeo Institute's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for personal property damage, injury due to failure to follow safety instructions, or consequences of student misconduct.

9. Photography and Media

By enrolling, you consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during programs for marketing and educational purposes, unless specifically opted out in writing.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State where Grammar Rodeo Institute is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
